This pollinator-friendly flower farm is committed to offering fresh, stunning blooms to both wholesale clients and retail customers across Central Florida. Its name reflects the unique location where the flowers are grown—nestled along the rolling hills and winding roads of the Green Mountain Scenic Byway in South Lake County, Florida. We incorporate regenerative practices to build the soil, keep our pollinators happy and our flowers clean (yes, some are actually edible).
Angie started growing flowers, like many, in her backyard. At first, the purpose was to find solace. Her husband was diagnosed with terminal cancer years prior and it seemed like they had come to the end of their journey together.
Since that time, Green Mountain Bloomery has slowly grown from a backyard garden into a small farm comprising nearly a quarter-acre of flower production. The flowers are visible from County Road 455 or "Green Mountain Scenic Byway" and drivers honk as they pass to show their support.
And yes, the love of her life is still with us and thriving today! Angie's convinced that miracles happen and dreams, indeed, do come true.
The mission is simple, really... It's to bring the beauty of nature into people's lives, while doing work that we love and spreading some measure of joy into the world.
